Issue with menu hierarchy

Theme used: Alium (heavily modified)

On the left widget, there are 3 menus for testing purposes:
Custom Menu (WP original
Custom Menu Wizard
Flexi Menu

All 3 share the same issue: the hierarchy is messed up. Either it's not showing (top 2) or childs are in the same level as their parents (3rd).

So I need to assume there's something wrong with the widget/sidebar.

Any ideas?

padding-left:30px;
}

Could you please tell me exactly where? I Tried several places with no positive result.
