I phone Mobile - not using main menu and secondary not working

I have disabled the main menu in the basic site. I had two menus in the mobile so I disabled the main. But I am got getting the links in the menu??

How can I add padding to the menu to move it closer to the slider ?

I should add I am only using the secondary menu - or the top menu as it should be called

Could you clarify how would you like to move your menu closer to slider? It is on the top of the page. Besides, there is a logo between menu and slider.
