I need to receive the updated paid version

Please send me the most updated version of the paid retropress theme. I sent an e-mail to the support e-mail with my activation key but I did not receive a response.

I thought I had this solved. I never received a response back so I downloaded the newest free version and installed it. I entered my activation key I had on file and it just sat there with a status bar eternally. I came to this site, logged in and requested a new key. It provided me a new number that I entered into my sites activation key field. But of course this just gave me the eternal thinking status bar again. Please help.

fantastic answer, what is the point of this forum if you reply answers privately?? why don't you just send instructions for theme updates with theme activation email...
