How to swap menus in this theme layout problem

I'm trying to swap the category and pages menu in the header.php file.
I got it working as far as the menu on the right place, but somehow the layout of the menu bar changes.

Also, I want to remove the search option, because there is no use in implementing this.

Can someone provide me with the right code for achieving my goal?

To swap the menus you have to create your own menus on page Appearance --> Menus in the dashboard and specify the location of them. To remove searchbox you have to follow the instruction -
