How to Sort different posts in different pages

I have multiple pages created. So, my different posts should be sorted in different pages. There is option for different content layout for each posts. But I don't find the way to assign different page I have created for each post. I need help...

You can create a category. Then you need to attribute posts to this category.
Also you can create a menu with different categories.
You will be able to get a page with sorted posts by selecting a menu item. Is that what you want?=)
