Could you clarify the version of the theme you use, please.
This section is aimed to simplify the code implementation to your website. If you need to add some third-party script you may insert it to the Custom Header Text or Custom Footer Text. Add the script without <script> tags. Besides, you may add Custom CSS code on this page.
Now the latest versions of the theme contains a new text field: "Google Maps API key" where you may also insert an API key for your website to make the google maps work.
