How to remove Home and Uncategorized from top menu in Suits theme

I am customizing the secondarymenu and want to get rid of the "Home and Uncategorized" hyperlinks from the menu. I found the div code to remove the search box, but cant seem to find the place to remove these. What php are they contained in and how do I remove them?
