How to load entirely new site when switching to a new link

When I load new my website and then click a link on my website. The website load from the cache without really load new from server. Therefore it does not display images. I want each time switch to a new page, the page will access and load a new web page from server.
when I access the site directory on the host I found the folder named cache and the folder named hookd in the wp-content folder. I deleted that folder and reload website, that folder reappears. How to automatically create site directory not it?

That error that makes me hard SEO website.

We can only recommend to turn off "Load Content Dynamically" on page Theme Settings --> Layout. This function loads new posts without page reloading. But the work of your site cache does not apply to the work of our themes.
