How to change slider size

Hi! I would like to change hight of sliders. Standard sliders have size 953x450px, I want to change it for 953x340px. When I add pictures 953x340px, I get some space between menu and slide-pictures. How I can remove this space between menu and slide-pictures? Link to site: http://1.free-best.net/
