how to change post backround

Dear sirs! my customers want to see the neutral backround for the posts and regular black text form, how can it be done? Thanks in advance

Hi!
To fix this you have to edit the code:

#main_content { padding:0 30px; padding-bottom:20px; overflow:hidden; }

in the file css --> index.css.
To change the font color you need to specify the property "color" and the value for it.
