How do I remove the "uncategorized" button from that pink banner ???

I want to change "uncategorized" to "about" and have that be where I tell people about my blog.

I have been looking and looking and cannot find where this is that I can customize it.

Help!!!!!

Oh, well I figured out how to add an about me thing, but maybe I will have to figure out how to get rid of "uncategorixed" for now. *sigh*
