How can I set a fixed menu width

I use footballnet template and it's working great. but when I resize the window, or when I see the page from a 1024 x 768 resolution, it's not showing properly.

I would like to know if I can set a "min-width" property somewhere to keep it with the original width untill the window size reaches the Mobile size and the menu becomes a dropdown list.
