Hotel Theme - Removing Leave A Reply at bottom of Services page

On the Services page of the website I'm building, there is a "Leave a Reply" section that I do not want to appear. The page is set up as a page, not a post or blog. I do not have the paid version of this template. Will I need to purchase the template to be able to remove this? To view the page go to: http://www.naugraphics.com/wordpress/naugraphics-services/

Also - I would like to widen the contact form under the "Contact" tab. I have adjusted the size in the code, but it doesn't change the way it appears. I'm wondering if I am changing the wrong section of code? Or is this, again, something that I would need to purchase the template to be able to change?

I have gone ahead and purchased the template as I wanted to remove the footer ads. The "Leave a Reply"section on the Services page is still there, and I still can't figure out how to widen the contact form on the "Contact" page. Any advice is much appreciated! Thx.

first you should not remove the footer links, it's illegal. your java/jQuery and php has broken and your site is incomplete and incorrect. so i can't help you at all.

Also find following code in the file css/index.css:

.feedback {
    float: right;
    margin-left: 30px;
    width: 330px;
}

and replace it with

.feedback {
    float: right;
    margin-left: 30px;
    width: 560px;
}
