Home Page Not Updating

I've installed the theme, HiWare, and activated the theme with the key I purchased. Unfortunately, none of the updates I'm making are visible on the home page. Strangely enough, the updates are appearing whenever I go to another area of the site (like when I click on Recent Posts, for example). I'm at a complete loss.
