Have Linking Menu Item

Presently, if I want a menu item to appear in the menu above the slider, I have to create a category for it, and put posts within that category. But this doesn't particullarly help me accomplish my goal of having "Forums" appear in that menu and redirect to /forums/

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Also, apparently I'm stupid and clicked solution by accident - so that's a thing. Probably want to undo that, no clue how.
