Grunger Theme - Contact Form Not Working

Hello,

I am currently using the Grunger theme on my website. So far, virtually everything is working wonderfully. Except, the Contact Page does not function correctly. Everything displays right. The Google Map comes up, the info shows, and the text input fields display. However, when I fill out the form and hit send, the email never arrives. I have tried changing the "Email for messages" field to various email address and none arrive. I also do not receive any confirmation that an email was sent. It simply refreshes and clears the fields after clicking send.

I tried using two separate 3rd party contact forms and both worked fine. They just don't have the integrated feel of yours.

What might I be doing, or what might I need to edit to fix this problem? I would appreciate any help.
