Get activation key not working

I just purchased this theme and on the my templates page when I click 'get activation key' and enter my domain.. it responds with 'error'.

Does not matter how I enter it, domain only, full url, etc.

I got the same error a while ago. What I had to do was log out of the members area and log back in. When I did this, i tried it again and it worked.
