What does this mean?

Enter expression for inner page title. Use %s for single page title outputSite title

The "%s" token is a default value ( your site title in this instance ). If you leave this token in the text field your site title will be displayed "as is". However, you may change this text. For example, your site title is "MySite". Changing value of this text field to "Have a look at %s" the following text will be displayed as your site title - "Have a look at MySite".
