FTP information for activating my purchased theme to my wordpress

I tried entering what I believed to be my FTP information into my wordpress site erikspearsonjohnsonmusic.com and the input box disappears but I don't get redirected to another screen, there seems to be no change in the photo slider on my site, and I'm just stuck. Please unstick me.
