Footer and License

I downloaded the WordPress Theme: DocAuto that is licensed under the creative commons 3.0 license (http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/3.0/), which doesn't allow using our themes without reference to us and our sponsors in the footer of the template.

I completely agree with terms but don't understand why I have this notice on red line in bottom part of my screen "Please return following links to the footer: Designed by Art Sample Packs , thanks to: dpthemes.com, http://air-studia.com and Theme.Today" if I already have the footer: "Designed by Art Sample Packs , thanks to: dpthemes.com, http://air-studia.com and Theme.Today"????

Could you clarify for me please how to fix this problem?
