Filmstar demo looks good on iphone when I download looks terrible on iphone

When I look at the demo in my iphone it looks great. As soon as I downloaded and installed it on my clients web hosting it looks terrible, it changes the format completely. Almost like responsive, which I hate.

Why would the demo look ok and when I install it for real looks so bad on my iphone?
