feedback form not supporting cyrillic

Hello,
I have website on WordPress 3.3.1 + fasionstyle, my problem is that fashionstyle feedback form in ton supporting messages with Cyrillic.

Here is example of generated mail:

Your name / Ваше ИмÑ: TESTNAME
Your email / Ваш Ñлектронный адреÑ: test@test.com
Your message / ваше Ñообщение: Hello
