Facebook and Twitter plugins do not refresh

Hello, when you first land on the home page the Facebook and Twitter plugins show content. Once you go to another page and then go back to the Home page, you need to refresh the page in order to show content in the Facebook and Twitter plugins.

I am using

Custom Facebook Feed
Version 1.9.4 | By Smash Balloon

Mini twitter feed
Version 2.0.1 | By webdevdesigner | Visit plugin site

Any idea how to fix this? Since it's both plugins that are having issues I assume this is a theme problem.

Hi!
To fix this you have to update the theme up to the 2.1 version or just turn off "Load Content Dynamically" on page Theme Settings --> Layout in the dashboard of the theme.
