Extra Slides in Spaland Theme

When I buy the theme, can I add some slides or is 4 slides the maximum?

These 4 slides are not the part of the theme, they are used only for demonstration. Of course, you may upload your own images on page SpaLand --> Slider in the dashboard of your website. You don't have to ask such questions - themes are free to download and you may try it first before the purchase.
