English displaying in another language

I created a website for a client using the "BeautySecrets" theme and she keeps seeing her headings and the menu navigation bar appear in a foreign language (similar to Russian or Ukrainian). When I view the page they display in English but she keeps seeing it in a different language. My template I used did use a different font (with the @fontface rule) and I changed it (in the CSS not the @fontface rule) from the original font to Symbol and then to Helvetica within the main CSS. I have not done anything with the @fontface rule. Any ideas as to how to fix this so everyone sees it displayed in English?
