eliminate dropdown menus - Womansecret theme

I m working on my site using the woman secret theme and I don't want the dropdown menus, but I want the standard view menus, like:

The drop down menues drive me crazy and I need to do away with them, not to mention I can't load my sidebars at all, even after changing my layout.

If I disable w3 total cache my site, works, but how to I get a working cache plug-in with this theme?
