Editor role for posts problem

I am having problem when choosing another user role than Administrator to create posts in desired view that CreativeCom theme has.

All other users roles (editor, author, contributor, subscriber) don't have privileges in EDIT POST screen to chose options in tab CONTENT LAYOUT (eg. one right sidebar, one left sidebar, two right sidebar or so...)
Also there is no possibilities to access CREATIVECOM menu where are settings for SLIDER.

That's mean to write a post with one right sidebar every user have to be administrator and have all privileges to access everything and possibilities to mess the settings.

Is there any way to give editor or author privilege to chose layout in EDIT POST screen and also to access settings for slider?
