editing the footer

I was editing the footer, the theme i used was creativecom. Trying to add some text and links. Then i click on update. It then goes like "Please return the links to the footer!
Or purchase free links version of the theme." I do not have plans of buying the theme.

Does anyone knows how i can retrieve my site? Need help here badly. Hope someone can help. Thank you!
