Dynamic page loading not working

So basically, when I click on a post for example, the post will dynamically appear as expected but then the whole page will refresh.
Obviously "Load content dynamically" & "Load posts dynamically" are On.
Any ideas?

Could a mod delete this as I clicked solution by accident!
