Dynamic Content Loader problem after Activation

first i will say Thank you for this great WP Designs!!

I have a problem with the dynamic content loader after i activate the Theme "HealthCare". It no longer works.

I've tested it with an other page without activation: it works. I activate this theme: it doesn't works.

The Google-Maps integration on Contact-form also doesn't work after activation.

Can anyone help me?
