Dynamic Content and Qtranslation

Hello i am Using the Free Version of Koko and am planing to get the License.

But i have one Problem i am using Qtranslate to translate my Website this works fine but..i use dynamic content loading.. and if i change the language the Menu stays in its old language.. how can i change it so that the content is still dynamic but also the Navigation Menu gets Translated?
