Dropdown Menus Not Working

Hello,

I need some help. I have tried installing plugins, I've tried looking for a fix on the back end of my site, and I have even tried looking on the menu, under Appearance to see if I can do something to fix this. Nothing will work. What once was a beautiful menu with embedded dropdown menus if I just touched the menu with my mouse on my desktop to show me the menus below, is now frozen, won't move, and will only navigate to the top menu item. I honestly don't know how long this has been going on, or if this just happened with the WordPress Upgrade a few days ago.

I'm not strong with CSS so be patient if there is a simple fix that involves some coding.
