Dropdown Menu Not Functioning

The dropdown menu in the Vaccination theme is not working in both the main and top navigations. I have been digging through some code, but have been unable to find a solution. I have also attempted to test the functionality in the demo. It does not function there either on smthemes.com.

Dropdowns work on smthemes.com and on your website. Perhaps, your browser blocks scripts or smth like that..
