Disabling Mobile Menu

I followed the instructions in this topic http://smthemes.com/support/topic/howtodisablemobileandtabletmodes/
to disable the mobile theme but the main menu is still not showing up correctly on mobile and tablets. It is showing regular text instead of the different color tabs.

Obviously, you've made a mistake. We can only recommend you to replace the files top.php, inc --> library.php and style.css with the originals to return all to their places. Then try to follow the instructions, but more attentively.
