Disable the Top Menu

how is it possible to disable the "Top Menu"?

Thanks for the fast reply.

The menu ist now disabled, but there is a still the grey bar, which was under the top menu. I want only hahe the background there, and the first in the top should be the logo and the search.

Please give me a tip!
