different look in Inter Explorer

Hi there,


My website works great in google chrome & mozilla firefox etc.
haven't tested it on other browsers.


but in Internet Explorer it's so messed up.
could u please take a look at it & tell me what I can do?

Also pressing Next Page under the screen doesn't work.
it stays on the same homepage

on a side note,

my sidebar seems to be limited,
if I have over 4-5 widgets, it won't show the rest complete

Page navigation also doesn't work
