Different layouts for themes used as a website

Is it Possible using your themes, to have a home page that has no sidebars in the layout and then have the rest of the pages have a sidebar.

I primarily do Real Estate websites and the home page typically will be sidebar free while the rest of the website will have a sidebar.

You can set the default layout on page Theme Settings --> Layout. It will be applied for all the pages. Besides, you will need to set Content Layout when editing your home page. If your home page is a page with the latest posts you will have to choose the layout without sidebars by default. Then you will need to specify Content Layout for all the other pages.
