destroyed search form - Internet Explorer

Dear sirs,

I´ve got an issue with the search form next to the navigation.
If I visit my website with the Internet Explorer the navigation is demaged. All other browsers works fine.

Any ideas?

I think I´ve found a solution:

.searchtxt { padding:0 10px; width:190px; Position: absolute;}

.menusearch { position:relative; top:45px; width: 240px; }
