dental theme error

in dental theme, the hightlight option in the posting, when I click I get a black popup. I cant chose the format and hoghlights cause all I get is a blank pop up

PROBABLY, YOU HAVE TO REPLACE THE FIRST LINE IN THE FILE inc --> windows --> highlights.php with:
