Cyborg theme php problems

First, excuseme because my bad english ;)

I have installed your Cyborg theme for our group and I have some "little" errors I can't solve by myself.

First, on contact form (http://podemosmonforte.eu5.org/?page_id=10) I have the error:

Notice: Undefined index: detailttl in /home/vhosts/podemosmonforte.eu5.org/wp-content/themes/cyborg/inc/library.php on line 54

It also doesn't send mails because "name" field is alwais invalid ("Field Tu nombre is not valid").

And also, on each post (example at http://podemosmonforte.eu5.org/?p=18), under comments, I have these three errors:

Notice: Undefined variable: post_id in /home/vhosts/podemosmonforte.eu5.org/wp-content/themes/cyborg/comments.php on line 40

Notice: Undefined variable: post_id in /home/vhosts/podemosmonforte.eu5.org/wp-content/themes/cyborg/comments.php on line 41

Notice: Undefined variable: required_text in /home/vhosts/podemosmonforte.eu5.org/wp-content/themes/cyborg/comments.php on line 42

I have tried to upload both files (library.php and comments.php) from my local PC to restore them "to factory" settings, but the problem remainds.

Can you give me a hand on this?

Thanks for letting us know about this problem - we have fixed the notices. You may now download the updated theme and replace the comments.php file.

I installed the theme Cyborg blog:
