Custom HTML in the business theme and disabled text button

Hi there,

I'm using the following theme - http://smthemes.com/business/ and the Text button next to Visual is disabled. Does anyone know why?

I assume this is the location where you would manipulate the html.

Would appreciate assistance on this.
