Css issues in Forchildren

You have a css issues in the middle menus,

the div just after menu is over the menu, so, the menu can't work properly in Firefox/IE. at the bottom of the text, the "mouse over" doesn't work properly. At the top and on the text, it is ok!

the bug is maybe about the "css" is not complete like my last post.

also, the "search bar" in mobile mode is not aline with the "green background div"
