Contact Form doesnt send email

I need some help to make the Contact Form send e-mails from the Contact Page. I don't know whats the problem. I had configured my e-mail at "Email for messages" and still doesn't send it when someone fill the form fields.
When I click to "Send" it doesn't return any information, it just refresh the page.

I am having the same problem on my site as well using the Musica | 2.0 theme. The contact page will not send the email. I have tested the emails to make sure they are functioning correctly. Please advise.
