Is there any way to increase the size of the text and box size on the contact form page? By the way I love your themes. I also have a question about upgrades. If you upgrade is it just for that theme or is there a fee for a general upgrade to use all your themes for resale?

All the themes on smthemes.com are upgraded to the the latest version and you may freely download the latest updates.
However, there is no automatic update system. That's why you need to delete the current theme in the dashboard of your website and install the updated one.
