Compatibility issues with Window 8 Metro and iPad portrait modes

I have been testing Sana for a week and have noticed a few compatibility issues. I seems to work fine on Windows 7:

1) In Windows 8 Metro mode the links invoked from menus and post go to the link but then quickly bring you back to the the previous web site. This happens on all the demos but I first noticed it with Sana. I noticed that other companies WP themes demo OK on Windows 8 Metro mode.

2) The menus don't expand down in iPad Portrait mode. They do in Landscape mode. Also there seems to be a few issues with the slider in portrait mode. It work fine in Landscape mode.

Is there anything I can do do improve this?
