Comment section on my site not working

People are having trouble leaving comments on my page. You can type out a comment but when you hit Add comment it gives this error message:

ERROR: please type a comment.

It even does it when I try and leave a comment. half a dozen people emailed me about this problem. Any advice on how to fix it??

I deactivated the one plug in I had activated and switched to a default theme. I was able to leave a comment. I checked in all 3 browsers. I.E.,Firefox and Chrome. So this is an issue with the theme I purchased from SMThemes.

The reason for this problem is settings of $_SESSION variable on your server. We have already replied you via email. There are two ways to solve this.
