Changing color of menu link hover + color of searchbox and menu bar when resizing browser

I have two questions:

QUESTION 1:
I've just bought a key for HockeyTime theme and was wondering how to modify the color of the links on the horizontal menu right underneath the slider during a mouse hover.

QUESTION 2:
When resizing the browser, horizontal menus become dropdown menus with a blue background. How do I modify the color of these dropdown boxes?
