Change the HeaderInsert Custom Logo

I want to insert a custom logo as the header, but I can't figure out how to customize it. When I upload the image to insert, it doesn't really fit and I can't get the dimensions/color to match the site.

Is there an easy fix to this? I can't write code, so I'm struggling at this point.
