Change tab and border colors - drop down menus

Hi, 2 questions:

1. How can I change the key feature color of the blog?

The main highlight color is a bright pink and I'd like to change it. I was able to change some of the border colors and hover colors by substituting html color codes. However, I haven't been able to change big colored tabs in the text body and drop down tabs that are still bright pink. Can I change these in the appearance - CSS style page or do I have to go to another place?

2. How can I add item to main menu string at top of site? There are two drop down menus, an upper and lower. I know how to add to upper, but not to lower.

I already found the answer to the second question - scratch that!

- It's just a question of color changes now.

Hi! you can add items to lower menu by the same way as to upper. Open page Appearance->Menus in your dashboard. Add new menu and choose the "main menu" position for it.
