Carousel under the slider

Is there a function on the theme or somehow i can add carousel under the slider? Thanks.

I've installed a plugin which prove such slider, i have echo do_shortcode("[slide-anything id='8864']");

But i'm not sure where should i add it to work the way i want it. I will wait for answer!

Probably, you need to add this code in the header.php file of the theme under slider. You will see commented text inside that file to understand where slider code is located.
